Author Talk: The Blue Morphos with Maria Rosell
Join local author Maria Rosell to learn about the environment, culture, and stories of Colombia! We’ll get to see a live demonstration of Colombian dances, take a close look at real traditional instruments and costumes, hear music, and more as Maria takes us on a journey in the Andes surrounded by family, flora, fauna, and folklore. You’ll also be able to enter a raffle for her new book, The Blue Morphos! And of course, if you’re not the lucky winner, you can always check a copy out from the library.This program is for children ages 10 and up.
